Space Scheduling
Are you a Cornell Faculty, Staff, or Student and just want event space?
All in-person events taking place on campus (and some virtual events) will need to schedule through the Scheduling@Cornell website for approval.
Note that the Scheduling System will require the user to log in using Cornell University's authentication. All requests/activities that take place on campus require a sponsoring department and/or current approved student organization in order to process the request.
Individuals (including students, faculty/staff, and alumni) and/or outside companies/businesses may not request space on campus for activities/events. Please complete the Event Inquiry and a University Conference and Event Planner will reach out to support your needs.
